Job Title: RN Med Surg Tele

Location: Columbus, OH 43210

Schedule: 12X3

Shift: Nights

Pay Range: $2200- $2310/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with professional standards and hospital protocols.
• Monitor and manage patients with complex medical/surgical needs including trauma, TBI, pneumonia, falls, and surgical wounds.
• Administer and titrate cardiac and insulin drips per protocol.
• Interpret and respond to dysrhythmias using telemetry and appropriate clinical judgment.
• Provide advanced airway and respiratory support including High-Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), tracheostomy care, and non-invasive ventilation.
• Initiate and manage IV therapy, central lines, PICC lines, ports, and arterial lines.
• Perform wound care including use of wound vacs, skin graft care, and surgical drain management.
• Support nutritional needs via feeding tubes and manage elimination issues (ileus, fistulas, SBO).
• Safely administer blood products and follow strict heparin and insulin protocols.
• Document accurately and efficiently in Epic EMR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (Respiratory, PT, Pharmacy, Social Work, etc.) to create holistic care plans.

Education and Certifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license,
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years experience in Med/Surg Tele nursing
