Minimum rate of pay: $$35.64 PLUS DailyPAY

Position Purpose:

The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative environment at Trinity Health to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team supplying evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. Nurses are expected to ease all aspects of the patient visit experience.

Status available: Full-time

12-hour shifts, plus holiday & weekend requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Education

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
  • BSN preferred.

Licensure

  • Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • BLS
  • Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within 12 months from date of hire or transfer.
  • Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification (EFM-c) is required within the first 12 months from date of hire or transfer.

What you will do:

  • Under limited supervision, the Registered Nurse handles assessing patients, including developing, evaluating, and changing the care plan. The RN interprets and performs complex patient care procedures specific to their ability.
  • RNs are members of the Care Team and Support Team and have accountability to function as a team to conduct patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.
  • The Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the care given to a group of patients for a designated period.
  • The RN supplies care to those patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/technology, and other healthcare team members, according to established standards.
