January 10th DOONL Chapter Meeting

Our next DOONL chapter meeting will be held January 10, 2025 from 8a-10a virtually via Teams.

We are very excited to start our year with Dr. Katherine Meese. Dr. Meese will be presenting during our first hour together with the following objectives:

• Identify main sources of turnover intention among healthcare workers
• Explore evidence-based strategies for retention and engagement
• Describe sources of leadership trust and distrust in the healthcare workforce
